Download and Installation


There are two methods to install the Plugin and use it on your applications for Single Sign-On (SSO). The two methods are explained below.

Pre-requisites for the Plugin

  • WordPress Version - 3.7 or higher
  • PHP Version - 5.6 or higher
  • PHP extension required - DOM, OPEN_SSL , CURL, ICONV

Note - ZIP is used only if Azure B2C is being used as IDP


How to enable DOM in PHP?

You need to install PHP-xml and then add extension=dom.so to the php.ini file. Make sure your extension is enabled by default. It might get disabled because of the option –disable-dom. How to install the Free version of the plugin?

Directly from your WordPress Dashboard:

  • Log in to your WordPress site using an admin account.
  • Navigate to the Plugins > Add New.
  • Search for miniOrange SAML 2.0 Single Sign On plugin and then click on “Install Now” to it on your site.
  • Activate the plugin from your plugins page.

From WordPress.org

  1. Download miniOrange SAML 2.0 Single Sign On plugin.
  2. Unzip and upload the miniorange-saml-20-single-sign-on directory to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
  3. Activate miniOrange SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On from your plugins page.

How to install the Paid version of the plugin?

Follow the steps mentioned below to download the Paid plugin.

  1. Click here to login in to miniOrange/Xecurify dashboard.
  2. Go to the 'License' - 'Manage License' menu from the bottom left corner.
  3. Open the tab 'Releases & Downloads' tab and download the plugin from the link given there.
  4. Click on the 'View License Key' button to get your license key which will be used to install and activate the plugin on your site.

Log in to your WordPress site using an admin account.

  1. Navigate to the Plugins > Add New and click on Upload Plugin.
  2. Select Choose file and upload the downloaded zip file to your WordPress.
  3. Navigate to the miniOrange SAML 2.0 SSO plugin in your dashboard and login with your miniOrange credentials.
  4. Enter the license key you received from your miniOrange/Xecurify dashboard, accept the terms and conditions, and click Activate license.

How to upgrade to the Paid version of the plugin from the Free version?

In the free plugin:

  • Navigate to the "Service Provider Setup" tab and enable the option "Keep Settings intact".
  • Deactivate and delete the miniOrange SAML 2.0 SSO plugin and install the premium plugin.

Follow the steps mentioned below to download the Paid plugin.

  1. Click here to login into miniOrange/Xecurify dashboard.
  2. Go to the 'License' - 'Manage License' menu from the bottom left corner.
  3. Open the tab 'Releases & Downloads' tab and download the plugin from the link given there.
  4. Click on the 'View License Key' button to get your license key which will be used to install and activate the plugin on your site.
