Backdoor URL

Overview

The Backdoor URL provides an emergency access option for administrators to log in without completing 2FA.

It is intended for situations where the admin cannot access their 2FA method and needs immediate access to the site.

How It Works

• A unique URL is generated using the customer API key
• This URL allows login using: Username and Password
• 2FA step is skipped for this login
• Access is restricted to administrator users only

Functionality

• Bypasses 2FA for emergency access
• Works only with valid admin credentials
• Does not affect normal 2FA configuration
• Can be used when other recovery options are unavailable
