Redirect user after login/logout

  • This feature directs the user to a specific page after they log in or log out.

Steps to redirect the user after login:

  • Navigate to the Signin tab of the module.
  • Enter the URL for redirection in the Default Redirect URL after login text field.
  • Scroll down and click on the Save Configuration button.
  • Keep this option blank if you do not want to redirect after login.

Redirect URL for Failed Status

  • This feature lets you define where users should be redirected if the SAML authentication response is not successful.
  • To configure this feature, Redirection section under the Signin tab.
  • Enter the relative URL path in the Redirect URL for Failed Status textbox to redirect users when the SAML response status is not successful. Do not include the base URL of the website.

Restrict redirect after SSO to outside domain

  • This feature restricts redirection after SSO if the user is logged in from a domain other than the whitelisted domain. Any RelayState URL with a non-whitelisted domain is blocked to prevent unauthorized or malicious redirects.

Steps to configure this feature

  • Navigate to the Miscellaneous section under the Signin tab.
  • Check the checkbox for Restrict redirect after SSO to outside domain.
  • Now, enter the domain list, separated with ;(semicolon), into the Whitelists Domain textbox.
