Clear Transaction Logs

Ability Name: mo-otp/clear-transaction-logs

Purpose: Delete all stored transaction logs.

Description: Permanently clears the OTP transaction log.

Trigger Conditions:

• "Clear the OTP logs"
• "Delete transaction history"

Output: { success: boolean, message: string }

Expected Output: Confirmation the logs were cleared.
