Update Login Form Settings

Ability Name: mo-otp/update-login-form-settings

Purpose: Change OTP settings for the login form.

Description: Updates the login flow's OTP configuration.

Trigger Conditions:

• "Require login OTP only for admins"
• "Switch login verification to email"

Input: Login-form OTP settings to change.

Output: { success: boolean, message: string }

Expected Output: Confirmation of the change.

Agent Response Example: "✅ Login OTP now applies to Administrators only."
