Submit Support Query

Ability Name: mo-otp/submit-support-query

Purpose: Send a support request to miniOrange.

Description: Submits a support query (with the admin's email and message) to the miniOrange team.

Trigger Conditions:

• "Contact miniOrange support"
• "Raise a support ticket about OTP delivery"

Input: { email, query }

Output: { success: boolean, message: string }

Expected Output: Confirmation the query was sent.

Agent Response Example: "✅ Your support query has been submitted. The team will reply by email."
