Get Transaction Logs

Ability Name: mo-otp/get-transaction-logs

Purpose: View recorded OTP transactions.

Description: Returns the stored OTP transaction log entries (recipient, channel, status, time).

Trigger Conditions:

• "Show recent OTP transactions"
• "Did the OTP to +1-415-XXX-XX38 go through?"

Output: An array of log entries.

Expected Output: A readable list of recent transactions.

Agent Response Example: "Last 3 OTPs: +1-415-XXX-XX38 SMS ✅, user@x.com Email ✅, +1-415-XXX-XX38 SMS ❌."
