Get SMS Notifications Settings

Ability Name: mo-otp/get-sms-notifications-settings

Purpose: Show SMS notification settings.

Description: Returns settings for non-OTP SMS notifications (e.g. WooCommerce order updates).

Trigger Conditions:

• "Are order SMS notifications on?"
