List Available Add-ons

Ability Name: mo-otp/list-available-addons

Purpose: Show available add-ons.

Description: Lists the plugin add-ons and whether each is active.

Trigger Conditions:

• "What add-ons are available?"
• "Show installed add-ons"

Output: An array of add-ons with status.

Expected Output: A list of add-ons and their state.

Agent Response Example: "Available add-ons: Spam Preventer (active), WooCommerce SMS Notifications (inactive)."
