Translation

If you need to map the values of attributes from an API response to different values on your website, such as mapping category values, you can use our Translation feature. This is not limited to just category values, but can be applied to any attribute value you need to map. By following a few simple steps, you can ensure that the data from the API is correctly aligned with the values on your site.

Example:

  • If the API response contains Name Tshirt but you want it to assign the Name Tops instead of Tshirt on your store, go to the attribute and enable the Translation option:

    woocommerce sync translate feature

  • In the API value, write the value coming in API (Tshirt) and in the translated value write the new value that you want (Tshirt).
