Feature Description

This allows merchants to customize the email templates used in important Shopify B2B workflows. Admins can create custom email templates for OTP login delivery, password reset requests, and company approval or rejection notifications. This ensures consistent branding and clear communication across authentication and onboarding flows for B2B contacts.

Setup Instructions
  • Navigate to the Shopify admin dashboard, and navigate to miniOrange SSO application.

  • On the left, click on B2B. In the Email Templates section, click on Edit Templates.

Important Points to Remember

  • To use the pre-configured template, select the Default Template option. If you prefer to personalize the email content, choose the Custom Template option.

  • In the Email Sender Settings, admins can specify the sender name, which will appear in the recipient's inbox.

  • To ensure everything looks as expected enter the email address where you want to send the test email.

The email OTP template is used to send a one-time password to users for logging in. Admins can customize the subject and body for this email.
