Restrict User Sign Up

Feature Description

Allow access to your Shopify Store only to individuals present in your Identity Provider (IDP) or whose accounts you have specifically created within the Shopify platform.

By adding this feature, you can ensure that your online store is only accessible to authorized users, fostering trust and confidence among your customers.

Setup Instructions

  • Go to your Shopify store and navigate to the Apps Section and click on Single Sign On – SSO login application.

  • Now go to the Setup IDP section.

  • Navigate to the Additional Settings section in the application dashboard.

  • Enable the Restrict User Sign Up option and enter the URL in the Redirect User to URL field. When the restricted user tries to login into your Shopify Store, they will be redirected to this URL.

  • Click on Save.
