IdP-initiated Single Sign-On (SSO)

Feature Description

We can initiate the Single Sign-On (SSO) flow from the Identity Provider (IdP) to access connected applications without re-entering the credentials. It simplifies access, enhances security, and improves user experience by centralizing authentication in one place.

Setup Instructions

  • Navigate to More actions against the Identity Provider (IdP) configured and click on the Show SSO Link button.

  • Copy the SSO URL.

    Copy the SSO URL

  • Log into your Identity Provider (IdP) dashboard and paste the copied SSO URL in its respective field.

  • Now, test the configured SSO between your identity provider and Shopify.

  • You will be auto logged-in to your Shopify Store.
